Arrow’s Sales Consultant must be passionate about sales and technology and effectively able to sell all makes and models of used commercial trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities
- Capable of generating new leads and accounts using the latest marketing techniques and trends
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through online channels
- Understand internet customers, their needs, and accordingly target the customers and provide them in detail our equipment for sale
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
- Establish and maintain a database of customers and prospects
- Always learning new product knowledge related to industry equipment technology
- Manage Arrow’s sales and operations process to maximize sales and profitability
Skills
- Strong communication via social media, email, text and phone
- Stay updated with the latest computer skills, internet applications and social networking sites
