We are looking for a Common Area Attendant to joint our team at our beautiful resort, Christmas Mountain Village. This outstanding family-friendly resort is situated just west of the Dells, with rows of picturesque pine trees, breathtaking farmland, rolling hills, woods and golf course greens.
What will I be doing?
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
- Maintain all public spaces in the resort in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby.
- Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
- Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
- Other duties as assigned by your leader.
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
What are we looking for?
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prior hospitality experience, preferred.
