We are seeking a motivated Communications Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Support the creation, editing, and distribution of company messaging and materials.
Assist in planning and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication channels.
Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or client-facing role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of communication tools and platforms is a plus.
