- Works to help BPHC advance as an antiracist organization by meeting or exceeding the standards
set by the BPHC Anti-Racism Policy. - Contribute to the development of promotional materials including working with staff to draft content for the Collaborative newsletter.
- Develop public-facing materials summarizing the findings from the Boston Community Health Needs Assessment for a lay audience (one pagers, infographics, etc).
- Support staff in identifying a list of new/future partners to engage in community health improvement planning efforts and analyzing composition of current partnership network, gaps, and opportunities.
- Conduct research into emerging best practices and collaborative strategies to support community health improvement planning.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills

- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and openness to receiving mentorship and feedback.
- Good time management and ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Willingness to learn new skills & work as part of a team Preferred skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams, MS Outlook, Adobe
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva highly desired.
- Experience working with diverse communities, especially in the city of Boston. Bilingual students strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience developing health education, public health, or related materials for a lay audience
