Haunted Drive LLC is looking to hire Concession Attendants for the upcoming haunt season. The Concession Attendant would be responsible for maintaining operations and assisting customers at the Haunted Drive Concessions stand. This position assists in setting the example and ensuring the highest level of guest experience in concessions and reports to the Concessions Manager. This job is fun, challenging, and deals with both haunt guests as well as cast and crew members. Communication Skills are a must.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a very fast-paced environment.
- Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards.
- Replenish foods at serving stations.
- Prepare food such as popcorn, hot dogs, etc. and sodas.
- Prepare bills for food, using, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
- Scrub and polish counters, tables, and other equipment.
- Stock and restock items as necessary.
- Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations.
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior concessions and bar experience preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and congenially.
- Adherence to a dress policy and grooming standards, must present a neat, professional appearance.
- Qualified candidate will be a mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
