Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our Assisted Living team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge will assist with various administrative duties while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with visitor check ins.
- Provide basic information about the facility.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with filing and organizing records.
- Handle inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure information is distributed.
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
