Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and sales management, with a focus on both B2B and inside sales. This role requires an individual who is adept at lead generation and has experience using software tools such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales performance. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including making outbound calls and conducting product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in outside sales efforts by attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or sales management is essential.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $81,727.00 - $96,871.00 per year
