Superintendent – General Contractor

About Us
Holland Construction is a reputable General Contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial construction projects. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a strong ability to manage safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project documents, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain quality control and ensure project objectives are met.
- Submit daily reports and time records promptly.
- Handle project changes, RFIs, and problem resolution.
- Attend meetings with project stakeholders.
- Investigate and report job site incidents.
- Complete project punch lists and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1+ year of commercial construction experience (Required)
- 2+ years as a Superintendent (Required)
- 2+ years as a Foreman (Preferred)
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Ability to work at multiple locations
