POSITION SUMMARY:
Build brand presence and lead community engagement across social channels, as well as build awareness and engagement, drive store visits.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage BBQ Holdings' social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads. Develop plans to help grow followers and engagement and ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and overall experience.
- Develop content strategy to bring the brand persona to life, challenging the status quo and highlighting the PM Point of Difference in unique ways that represent the brand.
- Develop monthly organic social calendar & gain alignment from brand marketing team. Work with brand team to prioritize key occasions and channels.
- Execute content plan including content creation, campaign management and execution (i.e. reviews and approvals, posting, scheduling, and reporting.)
- Oversee partner Influencer/Creator agency and secure internal approvals for concepts and content.
- Execute community management responsibilities including engaging in comment sections, monitoring conversations and analyzing/reporting user trends to support the brand.
- Establish on going processes to elicit, test and implement new digital initiatives.
- Lead the identification of key culture, trends, moments, or pop culture relevant to BBQ Holdings and tie them into a compelling brand story. Maintain awareness of social media trends and digital marketing programs executed by local competitors.

- Education:
- Experience:
o Proven work experience as a community manager and assistant social media manager (contingent upon role scope).
- Skills/Competencies/Certifications:
o Knowledge and understanding of relevant social media platforms, requirements and best practices.
o Proximity to BBQ Holdings' stores to facilitate content creation.
o Experience with social copy, graphic design, photography, and short-form video, editing.
o Well organized and timely without sacrificing strong attention to detail.
o Ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented creative environment.
o Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
o Demonstrated problem-solving/analytical skills.
o Ability to address problems/issues as they arise in a professional and productive manner.
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
o Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to learn, and a self-starter able to deal with abstract and non-routine issues.
