Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who LOVES social media, geeks out over analytics, and thrives on creating binge-worthy short-form content. You’ll oversee both our own social accounts and select client accounts, helping drive engagement, conversations, and visibility.
This role starts as part-time (20 hours/week) with huge growth opportunities and unlimited earning potential through profit share.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow Empowered 2 Profit’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Oversee select client accounts, ensuring high-quality engagement and visibility strategies
- Edit and design short-form content using Canva and other creative tools
- Confidently engage in Facebook groups and online communities, sparking authentic conversations that generate leads
- Track, analyze, and report on social and campaign performance (you love data!)
- Contribute to sales conversations by confidently talking with prospective customers about our services
- Jump on camera for short-form content—or help direct/edit it with flair
- Collaborate with a remote team while keeping communication clear and professional
- Represent the brand with a business-professional appearance in hybrid/in-person settings
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about social media and community building
- Strong Canva skills and comfort with editing tools for short-form content
- Confident communicator who can talk with clients and sell services
- Experience (or natural ability) to create engagement in online communities
- Comfortable on camera and creative with storytelling
- Excited about helping grow a company with unlimited profit potential
- Able to work 20 hours per week during normal business hours
- Business-professional appearance and ability to commute to Seneca, SC as needed
- Prior experience in social media management or marketing preferred
