Corporate Logistics Manager & Strategic Buyer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate purchasing of medical equipment, skincare, consumables, and clinic supplies
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations — from vendor order to delivery at each clinic
- Oversee inventory control across all locations, including forecasting, transfers, and reorder processes
- Implement and manage logistics and inventory software systems (e.g., ERP, IMS, purchasing platforms)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to reduce costs and improve service
- Create and enforce SOPs for ordering, receiving, storage, and inter-location logistics
- Track and report on key KPIs: inventory turnover, cost savings, delivery timelines, etc.
- Collaborate with operations, medical teams, and finance to align purchasing with treatment volumes and seasonal trends
