Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Time Cosmetology Educator and Part Time Cosmetology Clinic Educator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development. The role requires commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with them.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and techniques.
- Uphold school policies and procedures while fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; newly licensed student teaching graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
