Overview
The Tri-City Chili Peppers launch the Cosmic Takeover Tour at First Horizon Park on Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th. Staff will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests at our Cosmic Baseball games . As part of our dynamic team, you will engage with fans through the scanning of tickets and selling of merchandise. This position requires a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during tours and events.
- Educate fans about entertainment options during the pre-game block party and during the game.
- Develop connections with fans to ensure we are providing services that meet their needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with fans, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Engage with fans to help communicate the type of atmosphere and environment we want at each game.
- Greet and welcome fans in a welcoming and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist with clean up of fan engagement areas and packing up of supplies.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure a successful event.

Pay: $7.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
