Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creative Marketing & Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for communication and technical skills, who are eager to contribute to various projects involving editing, video production, and social media management. The successful candidate will possess strong writing and editing abilities, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Film/edit Reels and TikToks for skincare, lifestyle, and educational content
- Develop and manage a consistent story + posting strategy
- Monitor comments and DMs; assist with light community engagement
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design and refine brand assets, packaging visuals, and digital ads
- Create elevated visuals that reflect a premium, clean aesthetic
- Work with existing templates and improve them as needed
- Assist with product launch campaigns, social posts, and email graphics
Ad Creative & Paid Media Support
- Design high-performing Meta, Pinterest, and Google ad creatives
- Collaborate on creative testing strategy
- Support basic performance analysis and data review
Web & Digital Experience
- Help implement and QA Shopify site updates and promotional changes
- Light assistance with CRO and UX design across landing pages and product pages
- Collaborate with developer (or be able to implement light changes independently)
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of marketing or brand management experience (skincare, wellness, or CPG preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc)
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads a strong plus
- High attention to visual detail and aesthetic quality
- Solid understanding of brand positioning, content cadence, and conversion principles
- Able to self-manage in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
- Interest in clean skincare, holistic wellness, or traditional living is highly valued
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
