As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for both new and experienced cannabis users.

Duties
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries about cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions using a cash register, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that shelves are replenished as needed.
- Educate customers on responsible usage, product effects, and legal regulations surrounding cannabis.
- Uphold store policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with state laws regarding cannabis sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products and services offered.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in retail math to manage inventory levels and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in cash register operations to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain product availability.
