Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively.
• Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences.
• Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods.
• Experience with product demos to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members when necessary.
• Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
