About the Role:
We're looking for friendly, proactive, and solution-focused individuals to join our growing Customer Experience Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries in person
- Provide accurate, timely information about products and services
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Keep records of interactions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
