As an Aviation Customer Service Agent this is a position that will provide experience dealing with private aircraft and their Flight Crews and passengers. You will provide support services, fee information and process transactions to arriving and departing passengers and aircraft Flight Crews while ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for an individual who understands that their positive actions will leave a lasting impression upon our customers. Customer service is of the highest priority, as well as professional and safe service.

Expectations:
- Provide a proactive, personalized service experience to aviation clientele.
- Develop the ability to identify various type of aircraft and refueling procedures.
- Effectively Communicate with Flight Crews and pilots requests and instructions.
- Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
- Work as a team member to maintain excellent customer service relations.
- Answer phone calls and resolve customers’ requests, questions, and concerns regarding the Company's services or products. and delegate services requested.
- Ensure all departing aircraft have all requested amenities such as catering, coffee, ice.
- Process billing invoices and sale transactions
- Enter transaction information via computer software with detail and concise data
- Must be tactful, courteous, and conscience of client needs.
- Perform general housekeeping maintenance
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

- Must Be Detailed Oriented
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient Computer Skills. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, operational environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operational instructions and procedure manuals, spreadsheets and visual identification guides.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Maintain a professional, pressed, well-groomed appearance
