This position is Friday- Monday, 7am-4pm with a 4 hours shift every 4th Saturday of the month
Overall Objective:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high level customer service to our customers and managing their accounts to Navajo standard.
Working Relationship:
Reports to: Director of Customer SErvice Representatives
Responsibilities:
· Tracking freight- Both detailed and Accurate
· Providing quick and accurate communication to our customers
· Managing freight lanes
· Maintaining service reports
· Developing and maintaining a great relationship with our customers
· Running a consistent solicitation campaign daily and weekly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
· Proficient with MS Office
· AS400 Experience is preferred
· Flexible schedule
· Previous operations experience a plus
· Effective interpersonal skills and behaviors conducive to a service/team-oriented environment
· Ability to plan and meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task.
· Detail oriented especially in the tracking of Navajo freight and has ability to take constructive criticism
· Demonstrates effective problem solving skills
· Ability to maintain and grow a relationship with our customers
· Strong solicitation skills
· Consistent professional attitude even through high pressure situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
