Position Overview: As an Insurance CSR, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a positive and seamless experience with our agency. You’ll assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, billing questions, and claims processing. Your ability to provide timely, clear, and accurate information will contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their insurance needs, answering questions related to policies, billing, and claims.
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate clients on their insurance coverage options and help them understand their policies.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to resolve complex customer service issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the agency management system as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, sending out documentation, and following up on client requests.
- Support the agency's sales efforts by identifying potential cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service (preferred).
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific requirements).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
