We are seeking an experienced Cultivation Facility Manager to oversee daily operations of our cannabis grow facility. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in large-scale cultivation, strong knowledge of plant science and compliance regulations, and the ability to manage staff and production schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cultivation team
- Oversee planting, feeding, pruning, harvesting, and curing
- Maintain compliance with state cannabis regulations and company SOPs
- Track inventory, yields, and facility performance metrics
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications: MUST BE 21+
- 3+ years of cannabis or commercial horticulture management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of cultivation techniques and pest management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of state cannabis compliance regulations
