Gutierrez Communication Services is seeking a solutions-driven, approachable Customer Enrollment Associate to join our San Bernardino-based team. We partner with leading telecommunications clients to connect their products and services with the communities that need them most. This role focuses on direct customer interaction, helping individuals understand their options, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to explain products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account setup and paperwork, ensuring all client guidelines are followed.
- Identify customer needs and match them with the best available telecommunications solutions.
- Stay informed on client offerings and industry updates to answer questions and resolve issues effectively.
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with management to refine sales, customer enrollment and community outreach strategies.
- Represent the company and clients professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, sales, retail, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- Interest in telecommunications and improving local customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Clear communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
