We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at CTS Mechanical Inc. This role is essential for coordinating service calls and ensuring timely responses to our clients' needs. Based in the United States, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians to various locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status.
- Utilize dispatch software to track job progress and manage schedules.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to service operations and logistics.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when interacting with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routing and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and software tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
