Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our spray foam insulation manufacturing operations. This position will serve as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication while also handling essential administrative duties such as printing product labels and maintaining organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Process orders, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Print product labels accurately and ensure proper labeling for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems, including order forms, shipping records, and regulatory documents.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, escalating as needed.
- Input customer data and order details into company systems with high accuracy.
- Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift boxes of labels or documents (up to 25 lbs).

Pay: $22.07 - $26.58 per hour
