Customer Success Manager (Growth & Expansion Focus)

Our client — a high-velocity cybersecurity startup — is seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong focus on customer growth and expansion. In this role, you'll not only ensure successful onboarding and adoption but also identify opportunities to drive upsells, cross-sells, and long-term account expansion as part of a broader GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer lifecycle post-sale, driving adoption, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
- Build deep, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
- Identify, qualify, and partner with Sales to close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and success planning sessions.
- Proactively monitor customer health, mitigating risks before they impact retention.
- Provide actionable customer feedback to Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize GTM execution.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth experience within cybersecurity startups or early-stage environments.
- Proven track record of driving account expansion and managing renewal processes.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and customer pain points.
- Highly entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving GTM structure.
- Outstanding relationship management, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
