Position Summary
Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients’ success. You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.Work You’ll Do
- Lead data architecture solutioning and technical pilots to Healthcare use cases across Federal and State clients
- Leverage knowledge of modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake to streamline Data Engineering, Gen AI and ML focused initiatives
- Lead technical proof of concepts and pilots to enable new platform features, and address challenges across system performance, cost optimization, and user experience
- Author reference data architectures and detailed design specifications to meet business requirements using Data/AI solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert, and educate account/ pursuit teams on key technology trends and features along with defining cutting edge technology offerings
- Identify and delivery non-functional platform requirements to meet business user needs along with following best practices
- Mentor junior technical staff to learn and grow the knowledge base and understanding of new technology trends in Data/AI space

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 10+ years of experience in serving Data/AI needs for Healthcare clients
