Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at a condominium building ensuring a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, including industrial cleaning, floor care, and general maintenance tasks.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards service excellence.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
