$25k/year, $2,080 a month (Fixed amount)
Paid on the 1st and 15th of each month
First payment will be on September 10, 2025, due to client billing schedule. Regular pay dates begin after that.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 Am-3:30PM (no lunch)
- Start Date: August 1, 2025
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain cleanliness at a private middle school. You’ll be responsible for restocking restrooms, cleaning high-touch surfaces, emptying trash, mopping floors, and supporting daily facility needs.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with stable hours and consistent responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean lobbies, restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and stairwells
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, railings)
- Restock restroom and handwashing supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Mop and vacuum floors as needed
- Wipe desks, tables, counters, and cafeteria surfaces
- Monitor supply needs and report issues via logbook
- Communicate with site supervisor when needed
Requirements:
- Must speak English fluently
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Must wear khaki pants and company-issued polo (uniform provided)
- Must be punctual, responsible, and professional
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
