Spa Manager

Now hiring our inaugural Spa Manager!
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Holbrook, NY located at The Shops at SunVet is seeking a full-time spa manager for our brand new and soon-to-be opening full-service spa. The ideal spa manager is a glow up go-getter, an interpersonal sales strategist and a transformational leader. This individual will possess a growth minded approach and will be a culture champion.

• Leadership & Culture Champion
  • Leads by example, able to quickly identify business needs, action-oriented, emotional intelligence, architect of change
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, ability to recruit, hire and network, experience in building a pipeline
• Sales Strategist
  • Coaching to commission, ability to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions, experience in coaching and developing, role-playing
• Multitasking Maestro
  • Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, big-picture thinker while still keeping day-to-day objectives in mind

Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion – you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients (so they join our Lifestyle Program!)
• Revenue – you understand how to drive and optimize revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services
• Recruiting – you are passionate about building a team of enthusiastic spa professionals
• Operations – you measure, analyze and pivot based on performance data; while consistently delivering an excellent client experience

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Minimum 1-3 years
  • Preferred 3-5 years
• Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and weekends
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning services
