Responsibilities
Daycare Teachers, Leads, and Teacher Assistants, Great Pay, Full Benefit Package, Career Development
- Provide exceptional care and security in a Christ-centered atmosphere
- Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children and facilitate curriculum daily
- Organize nap and feeding times and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Collaborate with other educators
- Continuing education and training, as well as networking and development
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Skills
- Proven experience in childcare and an expressed interest in childcare work
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Cool-tempered, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with parents and co-workers
- Extremely reliable
- Certification in child CPR and First Aid preferred, but we will provide training
- Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Development or a CDA preferred, but we will provide CDA training
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for prolonged period of time
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
