Join the Dahl Toyota team in Winona, MN as a Delivery Coordinator! In this position, you will support our busy Sales and Service teams to successfully demonstrate and explain vehicle technology to Dahl Automotive guests.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our guests as they take ownership of their new vehicle, outlining all of the technology-related features
- Assist our Sales and Service team to answer technology questions for guests like syncing a phone, updating navigation, changing a clock, etc
- Answer questions and be able to effectively research to find answers and solutions
- Stay current on and learn the latest vehicle technology
- Keep the lot in great condition, including cars parked in straight rows, hanging tags, moving cars on lot, removing snow, and keeping the lot free of garbage and debris
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with guests and team members
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
