Independent Contractor Delivery Driver - Join Our Growing Team!
*This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You will need your own vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance*

We deliver fresh, ready-to-eat meals to customers in the Greater Seattle Area, including the Eastside, Everett/North Seattle, Tacoma, and Gig Harbor. If you enjoy a fast-paced, flexible and non-customer focused role, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Delivery Driver Schedule:
Delivery Days: Wednesdays and Sundays
- Hours: Flexible up 10 hours per day, based on your availability.
- Your schedule directly impacts your earning potential!
Delivery Driver Role:
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of Westerly, ensuring every delivery is accurate and timely. Your responsibilities include:
- Picking up meals and delivery routes at our kitchen in Georgetown.
- Reviewing and double-checking stops to ensure accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
- Delivering meals to customers in a safe, timely, and contact-free manner.
- Maintaining an organized delivery vehicle to streamline your work.
- Checking and following specific customer instructions and preferences for each delivery.
- Collecting and returning cooler bags and ice packs from customers to our base.
- Staying in consistent communication with our dispatch team throughout your shift.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of delivery driving experience.
- A reliable, mid size or larger, clean personal vehicle (suitable for transporting medium-sized cooler bags).
- A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements.
- A smartphone with the ability to use apps for routing, communication, and instructions. Familiarity with technology used for delivering routes with many stops is preferred!
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements (e.g., getting in and out of your vehicle).
- A knack for navigating the Greater Seattle Area efficiently using GPS.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
