Position Summary:
Technologists are responsible for familiarizing customers with the use of their new vehicles by explaining the cars technology and personalizing settings on the vehicle for individual customers.
Here is what you will be doing:
A Delivery Specialist is a customer-focused role that helps new owners understand and enjoy their vehicle's features and technology. They provide personalized demonstrations, answer questions, and ensure a smooth delivery process. The role also involves follow-up to schedule Love-Encore redelivery appointments and track customer satisfaction. Here's a more detailed look at the responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Initial Delivery Education: Conduct detailed deliveries, explaining vehicle features, operation, and available resources like the owner's manual and Subaru net.
- Love-Encore Redelivery: Schedule and conduct Love-Encore redelivery appointments to address lingering questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technology Expertise: Assist customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings, including Starlink services.
- Customer Engagement: Follow up with new owners via text, email, or phone to ensure they return for a Love-Encore visit.
- Support and Training: Serve as a resource for sales consultants and assist with initial deliveries during busy times.
- Program Administration: Oversee Love-Encore program incentives and administrative duties.
- Customer Experience Monitoring: Track Love-Encore survey results and identify areas for improvement.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to explain and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, track data, and maintain a redelivery calendar.
- Customer Service Focus: Passion for customer service and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous Automotive or Tech Support Experience: A plus, but not always required.
