Job Summary 

The Demand Planner forecasts for pre-season and in-season customer demand, incorporating industry trends and business intelligence data from sales, merchandising, marketing, finance, and other sources. This position is responsible for creating analytics that inform forecast direction and inventory decisions for assigned product categories and regions as a part of the company’s seasonal and recurring monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role monitors demand planning metrics and methodology to drive continued improvement in forecast accuracy and target alignment. Travel Required 5% of the time

Base Salary: $178,812 - $81,4000 yearly
This range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
