Job Title: Demand Planner (Remote – Contract)

Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring 3–4 experienced Demand Planners to support a North America-based CPG/Retail client during a key transition phase. This is a remote contract role with immediate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across retail, eCommerce, and DTC channels
- Participate in monthly S&OP reviews and drive forecast alignment
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and supply planning teams
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer at the end of engagement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in demand planning (CPG, retail, food & beverage preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and tools like SAP IBP, o9, Oracle, or Kinaxis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in the US
