Dental Practice Manager
Our thriving dental practice is seeking a dental leader to operate as our Office Manager as we continue to provide high quality care to our amazing patients. This is a perfect position for a leader with experience managing a practice. As a company, we empower our Practice Manager to own their level of success. Ownership includes scheduling, hiring, monitoring production and collections in an effort to support profitability. As the leader, you will foster an all-inclusive collaborative culture within our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Strive to provide a superior patient experience
- Support patients within presenting treatment plans
- Educates the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third-party patient financing
- Scheduling to patient clinical needs
- Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
- Collect and post payments and record receipts.
- Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
- Follows-up with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments
- Act with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior Dental Office Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well versed in dental terminology and procedures
- Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
- Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
