Office Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our standards and goals.
- Providing consistent HR oversight and holding the team accountable to expectations, processes, and policies.
- Coaching, developing, and mentoring all team members—including doctors and department leads—to support growth, confidence, and leadership from within.
- Maintaining and continuously improving the systems and workflows that keep the office organized, productive, and patient-focused.
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs regularly, using that data to make informed decisions and implement meaningful changes when needed.
- Emulating and fostering a compassionate, respectful, and professional culture that puts people—both patients and team members—first.
- Addressing concerns and resolving conflict with clear communication, professionalism, and a calm, constructive approach.
Experience
- Strong, empathetic leadership with experience managing large teams and resolving conflict
- Deep understanding of dental operations and systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday. Compensation is competitive and flexible for the right candidate, based on experience and skill set.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
