Company Overview
Chester County Dental Arts is a privately owned multi-specialty dental practice dedicated to serving the Chester County community. Founded in 2015, we take pride in our growth and are humbled by the positive feedback from our patients. We have a staff of around 15 employees, including 3 dentists, an orthodontist, hygienists, assistants and front desk staff.
We are looking for a college educated project manager to evaluate and manage the team's work flow, ensure systems are being followed in all departments, keep each employee accountable, formulate ways to encourage staff (commission structure) and hire/fire staff members as needed.
The project manager will also work as a "all hands on deck" manager by helping with all tasks at hand in the admin department. You must have a "can do" attitude and are proactive in ensuring tasks are complete.
The goal of this position is to meet the monthly sales goals set by the office which are currently not being met by the team. You will be evaluated monthly on if the office's goal is met.

Qualifications
College degree, preferably in business
Dental experience is preferred but not required
Proven management and practice management skills
Proficient in medical administrative support
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental terminology
Experience with budgeting and fiscal management
Familiarity with dental office management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Background in supervising staff and human resources in a medical setting
Knowledge of medical records and utilization management practices
