Looking for a detail-oriented person to manage day-to-day office responsibilities and track staff accountability, A/R, eligibility and outstanding insurance claims.
Previous dental experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all financial aspects of the office, clinical and non-clinical staff, conducting performance reviews, training, and oversees the employee hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding. Communicating team and practice goals continuously and leading staff meetings and morning huddles. Delegating roles and responsibilities to each team member.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
