- You have 3+ years of proven success in dental or medical office management

The Role:
This is a Practice Leadership position designed for someone ready to lead a team, run the business side of a thriving dental practice, and partner with the owner to drive the practice forward.
You’ll manage daily operations — but more importantly, you’ll lead people, improve performance, and help shape the future of Village Dental Claycomo.
This is about ownership. Not in title — but in mindset.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
Coach, support, and hold the team accountable to high standards. Build trust, communication rhythms, and strong team culture. - Operations Oversight
Own the flow — from scheduling and patient experience to systems, inventory, and compliance. - Practice Performance
Track and report key metrics. Collaborate with the owner-doctor to set goals, execute priorities, and improve profitability. - Strategic Execution
Take ideas and turn them into action. Build and refine systems that scale. Be the “how” behind the “why.” - Culture Stewardship
Model the mindset and behaviors that reflect our mission and core values. Protect the peace. Lead with humility and strength.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of proven success in dental or medical office leadership
- Confidence in managing billing, A/R, insurance, scheduling, and Open Dental (or similar software)
- A leadership mindset — not just management skills
- Proven ability to coach team members and hold people accountable with grace and clarity
- Strong operational instincts and a desire to grow into a full Practice CEO-style role
- Bonus: Familiarity with EOS or entrepreneurial operating systems
