Responsibilities and Duties
Be at least 18 years of age
Work hours -evenings/late night Varies
Be authorized to work in the United States
Lift 70lbs and twist/ bend on a constant basis
Be able to walk a full shift throughout airport daily
Strong verbal communication skill with exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
Work as a team is a must

- Communicate with airline staff
- Communicate with contractors and load luggage when necessary
- Pick up luggage from various airlines throughout the airport
- Communicate with the operations manager throughout shift
- Dispatch luggage
- Communicate with passengers and confirm addresses
- Be able to problem solve
