Job Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team and support a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on support and working with the latest tools in system administration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform RAM upgrades and basic hardware maintenance
- Deploy system images using SCCM and PXE boot
- Create and manage user accounts and group policies in Active Directory
- Track and manage incidents and changes via ServiceNow
- Maintain and update records of hardware/software assets
- Configure and support Office 365 applications
- Provide follow-up support to end users post-deployment
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in desktop support roles
- Strong understanding of SCCM, PXE boot, and Active Directory
- Experience with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with asset tracking tools and hardware upgrades
