Now Hiring: Female Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Client Location: Rutherford, NJ
Schedule: 3 days/week, 4 hours/day (anytime after 12:30 PM)
Total Hours: 12 hours/week

Dynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support to a friendly and motivated 36-year-old man with Down Syndrome. This role is perfect for someone who values meaningful work and enjoys helping others thrive in their daily lives and community.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting this individual in developing independent living skills and staying active in his community. Key areas of support include:
- Shopping, Cooking & Meal Prep – Confidence in the kitchen is essential
- Household Tasks – Assist with tidying, organizing, and daily routines
- Community Engagement – Provide transportation and accompany him on errands and outings
Key Responsibilities
- Promote independence through daily living support
- Encourage social and community participation
- Foster a respectful and supportive environment
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide care in both home and community settings
Qualifications
- Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred
- Familiarity with group home or assisted living environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Adult First Aid/CPR certification
