Your Impact as Director of Admissions:
- Build and mentor a high-performing admissions team that consistently achieves enrollment goals
- Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and student-centered recruitment
- Develop innovative strategies to attract qualified candidates to our skilled trades programs
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve conversion rates and student quality
- Foster strong relationships with high schools, community organizations, and industry partners
- Design and execute compelling recruitment events that showcase our programs' value
- Collaborate with campus leadership to align admissions strategies with institutional goals
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in post-secondary admissions leadership (required)
- Proven track record of building and developing successful sales teams
- Equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of the skilled trades education landscape
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven approach to recruitment strategy
- Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment technologies
