Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Expansion & Outreach to lead and execute nationwide recruiting and expansion efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving our organization’s most urgent priority: recruiting high-quality agents daily across all markets.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership position for someone who thrives on building momentum, understands market penetration, and knows how to lead large-scale recruiting strategies that generate results fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and scale national recruiting campaigns that align with our aggressive growth targets (10+ agents/day).
- Create and oversee market-specific blitzes, referral programs, social media campaigns, and recruiting events across all 50 states.
- Lead and train a growing team of recruiters and regional outreach partners.
- Host and facilitate virtual recruiting calls, webinars, and “career opportunity” sessions.
- Work alongside executive leadership to evaluate recruiting trends, set KPIs, and optimize for maximum reach and agent quality.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment, onboarding, and lead flow conversion.
- Support regional leaders and team builders with tools, messaging, and strategies to grow their teams.
- Organize and direct recruiting roadshows, events, and market takeovers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5 years in business development, sales leadership, recruiting, or market expansion (preferably in insurance, finance, or direct sales).
- Proven ability to develop and manage recruiting funnels that produce volume and quality.
- High energy, self-starter, driven by growth and performance.
- Event planning and campaign development experience a strong plus.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills — you can see both the forest and the trees.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups virtually and in-person with authority and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) to support market launches and recruiting events.
