Our office currently supports over 100 dynamic agents, and we’re looking to grow our team by hiring a passionate and professional Director of First Impressions.
Position Overview:
The Director of First Impressions serves as the welcoming face and voice of our brokerage. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive and productive environment for agents, clients, and visitors. If you're enthusiastic about real estate but prefer to work behind the scenes rather than in sales, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or agents
- Support the Team Leader with event planning, agent engagement, and marketing efforts
- Coordinate schedules and communication with vendors and affiliate partners for office events
- Maintain active follow-up with prospective recruits and manage the recruiting pipeline
- Distribute announcements, event invitations, and updates to agents via email, text, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for agents, including monthly audits of rosters and internal checklists
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed to support office efficiency

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media and basic marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, email marketing tools, calendar creation)
- Comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and handling customer service matters with tact and grace
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with real estate processes or interest in pursuing a real estate license or degree in Finance/Marketing (preferred)
- Experience with marketing materials, event planning, and basic troubleshooting
