Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and daily leadership for multiple Company manufacturing facilities.
- Push production to meet aggressive goals while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Direct scheduling, asset maintenance, and production operations to exceed customer expectations.
- Hold teams accountable to results through transparent goal setting and performance metrics.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams; coach and mentor managers and line staff for sustained success.
- Optimize use of temporary labor resources and build strong onboarding, training, and performance systems.
- Actively engage on the production floor to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.
- Champion and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions that meet strategic business goals.
