This is more than a marketing position. This is a call to be part of a dedicated team that helps people rebuild their lives after devastating oral disease.
Our patients have severe anxiety, are usually in pain and have lost their teeth—and their hope
This role is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on hope, healing, and second chances. If you’re ready to drive patient engagement, elevate our brand, and help restore dignity to those who’ve suffered too long, we invite you to join us.
Purpose of the Position
The Director of Marketing & Communications will lead all aspects of branding, public relations, and patient-focused marketing efforts across our growing practice. With a strong foundation in digital and content strategy, this leader will amplify our message and highlight the life-changing impact of jaw and implant reconstruction.

- Manage and expand our presence across digital platforms including website, social media, email, and local media.
Patient-Centered Marketing
- Build direct-to-patient marketing initiatives to increase awareness of our full-scope oral surgery services, including third molar extractions, full-mouth extractions, dental implants, and All-on-4 and zygomatic reconstructions.
- Create educational content to reduce fear and empower patients with knowledge about their treatment options.

- Track analytics and measure campaign performance to optimize reach and impact.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors as needed.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative team, including surgeons, PAs, and RNs, to ensure marketing aligns with clinical priorities.
- Manage marketing staff or external partners as our team grows.

- Excellent writing, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative, adaptable, organized, and emotionally intelligent.
- Deep belief in our “Why” and the transformative power of compassionate care.
