Job Summary
Lead the magic behind the scenes! As Director of Operations, you will drive excellence across departments, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every event runs seamlessly. You will collaborate with multiple teams, streamline processes, and ensure the Roxy Theater remains a premier experience for guests and team members alike.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment
Strong financial and budgetary acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software systems
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations
Manage and lead department managers across functional areas
Implement and monitor financial controls and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize performance
