Director of Operations Position Overview:
As a Director of Operations, you'll have the opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic healthcare environment. We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can drive excellence in pharmacy services and make a positive impact on patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage all operational processes, including staffing, recruitment, client relations, and internal workflows.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial management of the operational budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within the staffing and healthcare sectors.
- Manage key client and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and driving business retention.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve processes and implement new technologies.
- Manage risk assessment and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards.

What You’ll Bring:
- License: Active and in-good-standing California Pharmacist License
- Education: Pharm D
- Experience: 5+years of experience in a leadership role, such as Director of Operations, as well as sterile compounding experience
- Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $85.00-$95.00 (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
